"When I was 10 years old I heard Bruce Springsteen sing "Santa Clause Is Coming To Town." At that moment I knew what I wanted to do with my life, sing. I've been singing in bands since I was 14 years old, making fun and new relationships with bars, the people that run them and the people that hang out in them. Being in a band is all about taking care of your fans. They are the ones that pay the cover charge, buy the albums, and wear the T-shirts. Opening Pickle Park was just another way to cater to my fans. I wanted to give them a place to hang out and feel like part of the family-The Family Called G.B. Leighton"


G.B. Leighton's Pickle Park is open from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. seven days a week. Our emphasis is to provide a high energy environment with an excellent menu, daily food and drink specials, Direct TV and coverage of a variety of sporting and pay per view events, multiple billiard tables, dj dance nights, and the very best in live music through state-of-the-art audio, lighting, and video systems. We offer outstanding viewing on multiple projection screens and 50" plasma televisions throughout the restaurant and bar.

Our restaurant and bar provides a place where friends and family can meet regularly for food, drinks and entertainment in a relaxed and casual environment. We strive to offer a unique setting with a broad appeal to both male and female customers through an inviting, clean, and comfortable atmosphere.

Our broad menu offers reasonably priced appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, fajitas, pastas, steaks, and slow roasted baby back ribs all served in generous portions. A full kids menu is also available for children ages twelve and under. Our bar is stocked with premium spirts, wine, domestic, import, and micro brew bottled beer, and a variety of tap beer selections served in either a 16oz. or 20oz. glass.

Pickle Park offers unique characteristics that set us apart from our competitors like separate dining that converts to an exceptional gathering area for viewing entertainment complete with elevated six person booths, music themed decor, a 32 foot replica Gibson Guitar mounted to the ceiling over the main bar, the latest technology in video, sound, and intelligent lighting, and a raised bottle service area by the stage finished with custom furniture and a private bathroom.
